[00:00] Thank you guys so much for tuning in. I'm super excited to be here with you this morning. Well, to me, it's early this morning, but our lovely guests that we have here today has had their coffee, has had their morning rise, and they're ready to jump into some wildness that he has dealt with in his years of business. So let me just have the honor of introducing Mr. Jazwant Singh. Thank you so much for being on.
[00:32] Look, I just work your podcast. So just a little bit about Mr. Singh and what he does is he is an angel investor. And not only has he written one, two, but he's written four very successful books. Two of them, I believe, are internationally known. And who better to talk about them than the man himself? So Mr. Singh, please dive into these books of yours that you've written. Thanks for calling me to your podcast. The best part I told you, I'm getting a lot of emails
[01:08] about podcasts coming to me, coming to me. But I've seen a very interesting topic, like The Way, because nobody's talking about work culture. What is more drama happening in the world? That's the same thing. There are lots of drama happening in the investment circle. Everybody wants to understand the investor perspective. There are a lot of podcasts, people talking about how investors hosted a lot of things. But nobody knows how founder hosted investors. That's why I thought, OK, let's drive, jump into it,
[01:42] and the world needs to know also. A lot of people are doing the vice versa thing also, not exactly what we are doing. Regarding books, I'm an engineer first. Then I call myself an accidental investor. I never wanted to be an investor. The best part of my first book is about my journey. It's an accidental investor also, like how I came from a small place and started the entire generation.
[02:16] So it will release in 2027. So it will be really great. So one of the day, I'm sitting with one of my very good friends, and he thought, OK, you are talking a lot of things about business. Why not you write the book? So I thought, OK, let's try. But I don't have any idea how to start. So I simply said and think my marketing thing, OK, what name I put. I said, OK, let's do something fancy in the marketing times of this. So I thought, OK, let's start with the startup playbook.
[02:50] I wrote this just a 50-page book, and I said on Amazon first. I thought, OK, let's see if some response came. Then I'm very surprised. I was sleeping for two, three days. I go and check. It was trending on number one worldwide. In three days, it was already trending that hard. Yeah, it was trending. I have that screenshot, and I'm thinking, what is happening? When I called him, I said, my book is trending. I said, OK, go and check yourselves. I thought more than 400 books is already downloaded,
[03:23] and people are buying paper books on UK, US. I thought, I don't know. There is nowhere in person to get that instant success or kind of thing. So I thought, OK, let's see. Then I applied for the paperback, and I printed there in India. Then it is separate to GCC. Then in one year, I got a very good response from this book. Then it gave me a boost of confidence. Then I write another book. When you started something, some curiosity is always, OK,
[03:56] now I have become a writer, so let's start the story. But I never left the needs. So I go, OK, let's start the story with the business kind of. So I'll tell the story, people. And at the end of the chapter, I give them some suggestion. So they'll understand, OK, this is why he is narrating this story. So this is how I started Fuck Zero, We Hero. But all the titles are from the marketing point of view. This is some messy.
[04:29] I know that people will interact and they'll see, OK, what is exactly on this. So I think this is what it's like. If I OK the library of startups or if I write a journey of a boy, you know, these are some either OK, let's do something bad. So very interesting story. I'm telling you what I put there for the ISBN verification for this book. That is the international number to book the organization. When they see the word fuck, they reject it.
[05:01] Oh, my gosh, that's all it takes. Just one word just brings the whole thing around. So I told him, OK, then they told me, they suggest me, I don't know, this is the entire copy you read it. There is no offense, no identity, nothing. This is just business. But they thought, OK, do one thing. You silent one word like on the place of you, you market star. I then you release it. So this is how that released. So my second book is not that much the unrevelling, the startup paradox.
[05:38] I think the heading and the title is very heavy. So so this is not a kind of messy thing. So it will not click. Then the last book, the fundraising game is in there about like if you are a one time founder, how you go to raise the fund, it's a playbook like same startup, like step by step. You will go, you will see. So my intention is to give them knowledge. OK, you are a one time founder. You don't need to. I'll not tell you to go and read a 500 page book. Go in a day. You understand the basics now.
[06:11] It's a time of A.I. You know, nobody is your reels. They have that much time to, you know, go and see the entire book. So this is all about my books and well, yeah, that's that's so interesting because I always understood that to be obviously an international recognizer is a very successful author. You've got to have like years of writing books and writing papers and writing, you know, all these things. But it seems like all you genuinely need is knowledge of what you're doing. A real passion to to communicate that to people.
[06:45] And lo and behold, two to three days. Next thing you know, multiple different countries reading your book and you are just giving this kind of guidance that usually you might have to pay, you know, thousands and thousands of dollars for. But you're here just wanting to help people better understand. Yeah, definitely. I'll always give. I tell you one thing. I always give honest suggestion to people. I tell you one interesting story from India. He's running a hypercommerce like hyper local kind of marketplace. OK, so he came to me to me in the first meeting.
[07:20] I asked him, like, what is the price of this vegetable? What is the price? So the price he is giving is more than the market price. So I told him, like, if you are doing only is not because your sourcing price is very low, like high. If your sourcing price is low, then only you go and sell somewhere. So I told, OK, I'll go and prove you one day. I thought, OK, after seven, eight months, his startup sat down. He called me and said, thank you so much on that time.
[07:54] If I learn you not waste my million dollars. Yeah. Wow. So so tell me a little bit more about that, that in in six to seven months. What would you say that you because obviously as as an investor, as a founder, you also want to have some hand in in the growth of a business. So after you you gave that kind of advice, what was something that you continue to watch over? No, because this is just like I just send him. OK, go. It's a normal deed.
[08:27] It they come to me, I just suggest him my honest opinion. Then after six, seven months back, he'll come to me and he told, OK, you are right on that time. I'm sorry. I let it go. Because, you know, when you meet people, you understand, like because I meet a lot of thousands of people I met in my life. So when they enter the room, I see their face. I exactly, you know, somehow I read the face like what he's trying to do and what is his capability. So it's a kind of, you know, six cents up for a long time with the same similar kind of structure.
[08:59] I'm hearing five, 10 decks every day. So it's it's a kind of. So for you, I have a very interesting story. OK, I know all the stories. OK, for you, not much, because there is some time to face it's also there. So we'll start with the first story. I'll tell you from India, my native country. So what exactly happened? There is a place in a state in India. I don't want to know the name, the exact name.
[09:33] Otherwise he recognized me. Eventually, I told you the story. He knows that just when he's talking about me this time, but I don't care. So when because a lot of in there is a place where a lot of I.T. companies are there, universities are there. So one guy, he started a home lunchbox kind of things like home for made food delivery, and he has an app also. So he come to me. He saw he has a restaurant, cloud kitchen there, and he's sending everybody to an end. The business is good.
[10:07] There is a bit traction and everything. I thought, OK, he came for me for some amount like $80,000. I thought, OK, it's a pretty small amount. Let's start. Let's see. He has good traction. His food is good. His branding is good because the photo soap and everything, because first thing what you see is the brand of the company. OK, their their graphics is good. Their website is good. I thought, OK, let's jump into it. So I am on that time in UK. So we have a daily communication. So I almost offered him a term seat.
[10:42] OK, OK, like this percent of it really, there are long discussion of three months, four months. And in general, what happened? Like, if I'm not able to visit any business, we hired a third party to do the verification, like how banks do. Like if you apply for a loan, they'll send somebody to your house whether you are staying there or not, their business or not. Well, that's good. I mean, you got to know that who you're investing in is a legitimate thing. That's really smart. So I send a third party guy. I don't know what all the reports are positive because I trust
[11:15] that if you hire a agency for anything, you have to trust them. So I it's a legal firm. So I trust them. I got full blue, blue, blue dick. I said, OK, it's good. I'm very happy. I almost allocate the fund to invest on that business. But, you know, there is one thought I always used to do. Like whenever I invest, I do some random checks. Mm hmm. OK, kind of like undercover boss. Yeah, because I go someday and just want to see, OK, whether this is and I told you this is a 2024.
[11:49] I'm talking about the year 2024. And on that visit, I have two similar cases like this same. OK, I went to there because we have the address location, everything where the phone and I told him, OK, I'm coming to India and welcome meet and everything is there. After that, when I go back, I'll put the transaction and we'll start partnership. So on that call, he never asked me, OK, whether you are coming or not. So what I took my flight and I go to the city
[12:23] and I reached the exact place. People see me. The the shop is closed. Uh huh. There is it there that there is there. The board is there, but the shop is closed. There is nothing. And when I was there, two or three people came and said, you are just one. Mm hmm. I said, what happened? How do you know me? I got scared. Yeah. He said, you are about to invest in this company. Where is the money?
[12:57] I said, this is like something very. First off, who are you? What are you just demanding money from me? Oh, my gosh. OK. So they don't sit here. They don't know. Please sit here. I thought why he's telling me to sit here. I said, OK, no problem. They call some chair there and something to see me. I was just sitting here. After that, there is 15, 20 people came. Oh, my God. I'm sitting there. There are 20 people. And they stayed there.
[13:30] Oh, my gosh. I would have been out the door. I would have been running at 15 to 20 people surrounding me. Oh, my gosh. OK. Because the worst part is that, OK, if you go to your friend house by a taxi, what you do, when you raise the house, you just say, OK, let's go. Bye bye. Say I'm going to a partner of me who invested. So I'll not take that much time. I just go and I took the taxi. OK. Bye bye. And there I thought, OK, it's afternoon time. Maybe the sutter is closed when I call him. So I call him from there.
[14:03] Hello. He said, what is my guy? I'm at your office. People is gathered there. Where are you after that? The number you have trying to reach is currently switched off. He did not. Oh, my gosh. So what do you do? I mean, I mean, what can you do after that? What happened? So after that, I told him, look, OK, wait. In the meantime, I call one hundred in India. It's one hundred on that day. So call and I call the police and I told the patient come in.
[14:37] That's it. So that also I don't call in there. We have they are about police themselves. They said, OK, we are calling police. I said, OK, call them. Then they all came. So I asked him one thing like, OK, OK, tell me the story. What happened? He said, you give them terms. I said, yes. Then when the money came, I said, for this, I come. This is a business investment. This is not taking loan from me on your. This is not something like he gave. He has given me some money.
[15:10] And I have to return back. What happened? Exactly. Tell me. So that guy saying my profile, my term, she took loan from these people with higher interest. Wow. Oh, my gosh. OK, I need money from these people who are like surrounding you at this point. And OK, well, now we know why they swarmed you asking you for money. OK, so so let me let me just make sure I'm staying up to pace with with what's going on.
[15:43] So you you invest in this in this person's business and everything gets verified to be true. You go and do a secret visit. Next thing you know, the shops close. The guy has disconnected the phone number. And you're learning that he's essentially scammed all these people out of this money. And now it's falling all on your lap. Oh, my gosh. So so what'd you what'd you do? So like in the meanwhile police came. Then they know the entire story. And I told him, like, OK, this is what exactly happened.
[16:18] Like, I have to invest money on them. But if he ran away, some there is no I'm not going to invest single. Then then they are saying, what happened to our money? OK. This is not where you got to figure it out. Like, that's your money. That's not my money. Oh, my gosh. So so they thought like, OK, they are a village people. They thought, OK, if this guy is giving and they are just he claimed the return of 20 percent to somebody, 10 percent. So he's a kind of scammer to them like, OK, he's one.
[16:52] So I literally like after 30 minutes, police told, OK, the you you put some complaint against that guy and they get any very respectfully. They call the cab, then I'll go. So, OK, this is the first story. Why my fortune is that bad on that day? No, OK, OK. So so to wrap up, well, what happened at the end of that? So you filed the police report. I'm assuming you you got out of there. You flew back or you took your taxi, you know, taxi back.
[17:26] So did they ever catch him? Did they like, do you have any like what happened after all that? After that, I never spoke to him. My police got him. He's in jail or you know, or it's some settlement in between. They'll sit because I don't care. Almost it's loss of time. You know, because I came all the way from here. I'm very tired. So I have like negative feeling about everybody. When I raise the airport like in four kilometers, there is one other found that I he is just reaching me
[18:00] for some advertisement to start up. So I randomly I said, OK, if I come there, I'll go to his house. You're like, we're changing this whole process of I'm not about to get swarmed by random people again. I went to his office. There is no board, nothing. So I called him. That is a CEO of a chartered accountant. I called him. Hello. I'm here at your address. Where is your office? I said he said, sir, why you came today? I have to arrange everything if you have to tell me this is cheating.
[18:36] Oh, my. Oh, it's like, first off, am I not allowed to just I don't know, visit because you say you're a legitimate business. Oh, my gosh, the nerve of some people. So I don't know, can get lost. I cut the call and I'll take my flight. And after two days back, I'll back to Bahrain for my rest of the work. I thought, OK, then after that, I blocked almost six months to all similar kind of founders who is like,
[19:08] who doesn't have traction. Then I come to know that he gave some money to the legal guy also to give the positive verification. Oh, my gosh. So even the verification person wasn't on it. Your world luck is awful. I think I would have quit. I would have been like, obviously, I'm not meant for this game, but wow. But, you know, when you are in business, you have to let it go through a lot of things. You are not even a fighting swing people. OK, if you are doing wrong, we just change it. So I change you also on hiring another thing.
[19:44] So a lot of people doesn't know about that side as an investor. We are facing also because, you know, a lot of people are coming. They are just coming with the tech. They don't have anything really understand like they are they are coming to, you know, get money from you. Snatching money from you. And and this is mostly happened to the, you know, foreign person being an individual. For example, if a person is staying in UK or US and they they are doing some they are they're in good post of some IT company or something.
[20:17] They have a lot of money. So they want to do something for their country, whether in their countries in China, India. So these people, they are, you know, very personal. Please help me. We'll do that when they get it complete. They completely jump from that. So there's a lot of things happening like that. So apparently, well, I'm really glad that you are kind of exposing this a little bit more and hopefully more investors and people who are, you know, trying to make good in the world will come forward more and be like,
[20:52] hey, like this is all the the dumb shit we've had to deal with and just trying to help people. Oh, my goodness. So one thing very clearly, like there are a lot of things you can do without money also. OK. Yeah. Let's hear. Let's hear a couple of ideas without giving out too much of your secret. What are a couple of great ideas that people can do? And definitely because I tell you being if you are going to start a business, you will do a lot of things without money also, like but a small money business, registration, some publicity,
[21:26] some tech development, getting a go. So but, you know, there is a mindset of a lot of people like, OK, there is some idea stage in US. It's mostly US, Europe. OK, there is let's create a deck and start. Mm hmm. So now this pattern need to stop. OK, you you have to understand, OK, being a businessman. If you go to any angel investor or if you go to any PC firm, whether your idea is done, you have to do something from your side.
[21:59] Then only somebody will select you. Mm hmm. So this is also a thing. And you know, currently nowadays, I'm I'm talking to my manager, Stella. I'm telling let's start put start a community. No e-mails. Yes, that's the biggest red flag. Oh, my gosh, that's so smart. Yeah, definitely because I am fed up with these e-mails like everyone. For example, you know, a lot of start of what they're doing. OK, if I tell, OK, I want this, then they put the exact e-mail to the A.I.
[22:36] Mm hmm. Either on chat, GPT, cloud or anything. And they copy and paste and send it to you. Send it to me. Mm hmm. Mm hmm. You know, OK, if your English is bad, it's OK. You said if your grammar is bad, it's OK. I need to, you know, if you want it. Sometime I I write in the e-mail, OK, please stop stop using A.I. to send me because it's literally even in LinkedIn. LinkedIn, I got very random, random DMS. It's very funny.
[23:08] Only one guy, like a day after he's from Hungary, he said, hello, Mr. Singh, how are you? He said, I know you are not going to invest. In my business, but still we have a business which if you learn, if you see our deck, the curiosity, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I put the same message into the cloud. Mm hmm. And I write like, OK, give me some option to convince
[23:41] Mm hmm. Online. So that is one of them. Oh, wow. OK. So you would you would much rather prefer someone who has, you know, bad grammar, who's just trying to genuinely talk to you over like this really defined A.I. written, not how the actual person speed any day. OK, OK, because I think a lot of people, that's a fear for him, right, is, you know, maybe A.I. is not bad. It's a booming thing. You just take some idea from them, but resurface from your own tone.
[24:18] So at least there is a feel like I'm talking to a person to the machine. And especially after you're obviously the first stories that you've told us, the last thing you need are fake people and computers and people being bought out. So, no, that definitely makes sense. That's good to know. Right. Like genuinely over over professionalism. That's that's a good note to take for people who are listening. Wow. That's the first one. I told you another story from U.S. Yes, let's hear it. Follow up.
[24:53] Actually, I got trapped by two or three people in this segment because being in 30s, I always think, OK, I need to help some, you know, newcomer startups from college, because when I was there, there are very less certain people who is helpful on that. If you email them there again. So if people email them me, I'll respond them. If they were on LinkedIn, I'll respond them because, OK, either you are not a must, you have always a time to reply.
[25:25] The message is everything if you are not that kind of multimillionaire pitch or something, or even that they also have a secretary and reply. So that that is a guy he is from U.S. He came, he said he is making some college matchmaking platform dating platform. So what they're doing, they are just connecting and they're hosting some event. Also, I don't it's a very good, great idea because eventually dating market is very good. And this is a kind of market which never going to be.
[26:00] It's never going away. It's always going to be around. Yes. So he thought, OK. And eventually he started his college students and he put a lot of word situations, he broke up, blah, blah, blah. I thought, OK, this is some Genji thing, so let's try this. Mm hmm. So we have advanced discussion. He is doing some online meeting program. Also, I joined this also to get confidence in business. Whether they're doing something or doing what you're doing. Yeah. Yeah. I thought, OK, let's see what they're doing.
[26:34] So after that, I thought I am talking to him like a lot of things. OK, let's do your tech thing properly. Your app should be great because in dating business, what happened? There is a peak with one time. Then after that, the entire business is situated because whenever you find a new dating app, everybody want to join that. Yeah, OK. Yeah, it's not everywhere. It's happened to you, me, everybody. OK, it's like, let's let's join this. Let's see how the field. So I thought, OK, if your tech is not ready, you are not able to track that market because there is a boom
[27:09] at a certain period, then it's saturated. So I told him, OK. Then after that, he vanished. There is no communication, nothing. After four or five months, I got a message from one guy. He told what happened to one million USD investment? You invested on that company. I thought, what? Which company? Then I scrolled my email. I thought, OK, that company.
[27:42] I spoke that guy three, four months back. What happened? So what he did, he created a term sheet of mine and he attended to all U.S. investor like this guy is committed one million USD on me. So you also joined the round. Oh, my gosh. So he was telling people he was telling other like investors that you gave him a million dollars. So now they need to give him a million or more dollars. Oh, my gosh.
[28:15] You're luck with people and just taking more money from people. Oh, my God. OK, so what'd you do? So after I told him, OK, there is nothing such like that. It's OK. But then after five, six days again, when people came, OK, you hey, just went to school. You are joining this company. And we are. Can we talk? Then I thought, OK, there is something wrong. Why people are OK? They said, OK, I have a discussion with this investor also. So might the people came, OK? So on the first call, I give them like a positive review, like, OK.
[28:51] Yeah, I speak to them. I told him to blah, blah, blah, finished. Then he said, send me my adoption. I said, what? This is not my term. This is not my site. This is not my domain. What do you got? Then I called that guy. I said, what are you doing? Then he said, sorry, sir. Actually, I'm not getting investment. So I thought you are very nice to me on calls. God forbid someone's just nice to somebody
[29:24] without them taking advantage of them. Oh, my gosh. So he tells you, I'm so sorry. You're just so nice. I thought, why not ask a bunch of other people for more money? Yeah, but I said, you know, and he told me, sir, please do one thing to me. Just tell that guy that you give this. I said, wow. So now you're so fresh, you lied. And now all these people are messaging me. You told me it was because I was nice and I asking for other people. And now you want me to lie on top of your lie to get more money.
[29:57] The nerve of some people, the nerve of some people. OK, so what did you do after he after he said that? What did you do? I told him, please don't do these things. They are wrong. Then complain to the cyber division of Alaska for you. Then then you got used trouble. I just leave you. Don't do this. Everything is gone. I thought, OK, then 15 days back, I got a message from a friend. Sir, why you are not investing in this company? He already took fifteen thousand dollars from me.
[30:32] Wait, from your friend, someone you know, message. No, his friend, his some friend. One of his friends. OK, I was like, there's no shot when your friend believed him. OK, so one of his friends messages you. OK, this is me like, OK, why he? Why are you not investing in this company, sir? We already pump a lot of people, because what he's doing in his university, it took a lot of money from his lot of friends to bootstrapped. But there is no need to lie. OK, you tell him doing this business. You come together, you invest.
[31:04] If something succeed, I'll give you a return or some kind of thing. But he didn't do that. He is taking this into some wrong format. Then I again called him. What is this, sir? This is not new kid. This is that old one. Oh, my God. This guy, you already forgive me for that. He came, you know, this is the wrong timing. You're like, am I really living through this? This is really happening.
[31:36] I'm not in a dream that this kid is doing this. Oh, my God. This time I told him, OK, I got your father number. I'll call your father. No, not the dad guard. Don't make me call your dad. Oh, my gosh. That's a new one. Don't make me call your dad. I love that. I love that, though. So OK, so then what happened? What happened after that one? What what do you do? His kid is just 90, 20 years old. He's just trying to do make some money.
[32:09] But, you know, I told him, OK, listen, you start somewhere. OK, I'll invest on you. You come with something. Mm hmm. Mm hmm. So you're so clean. You still have faith in this kid. You're like, look, I like your enthusiasm, but like do something right. Can you subscribe to one meeting? Started crying on phone. I put everything. I back drop my college, please. Oh, my gosh. This kid, I think you should have called his dad. You should have gotten poppy on the phone and been like, well, come get your kid.
[32:42] I already gave him last morning. Like to do anything like that. But this is very surprising when he told, OK, this is was the last time you already forgive me for that. This is not new one. Oh, wow. OK, so what do you same thing? Do you know what happened after to this kid after all that? Did he just give up on it? I don't have that much time to follow up. I'm like, OK, what? Yes. Look, it's just the story, like my point of view, like people
[33:16] are doing such kind of thing also in the market rather than so. So not the founders only by the like founders this. OK, I have a very good pitch. Why invest the reject? OK, we are also facing a lot of, you know, such kind of bad experience. If you come to OK, if somebody come to me from that area where I caught by, there are a lot of people. I'll not take that deal. I don't know if some dating deal came with some 20, 22 years guy.
[33:53] I never read that deck. Yeah, either you are going to become a tinder after two years. I never go. So you you've learned a few lessons for sure. And in the years that you've been doing this of I mean, I would say you've learned a few lessons of verification, but you did that. And obviously someone got paid off to verify. And then you've got, you know, this young kid who verified, checked all the bookmarks and then still lied and told people to give him more money
[34:27] and then ask for your forgiveness and ask for you to lie. And so it's an amazing point of view to see that it's not just, you know, the frontline people or the owners or the founders, but the actual investor side of the market. And the advising side that y'all have to deal with a different kind of animal. You're not dealing with the customer, Karen, who's mad about something. You're dealing with the person you're giving money to. And it's happening all over the place. Definitely. I'm telling you very frankly, if I came with something,
[34:59] there are a lot of people coming to you more in the same field. They'll tell you more interesting story about the thing, because this is happening. If we are sitting in a conference or something, these kind of stories, mostly the dog, this one, they did it to me. So we are also suffering from a lot of this thing. Not everybody's bad. I tell you one story. One guy is from India. He met me in a gym. He told me, OK, and he was on his secondary education.
[35:39] He just completed and he took admission in college. He came with one idea. And he told, OK, I want to start some health care startup. Do you just guide me how I do? I thought, OK. And I'm like proudly say that I'm completely surprised how he did. He doesn't have any idea about business like how the start world work. He did his entire technology part through one co-founder. I told him just OK. Because earlier I don't have any interest.
[36:13] And he said, OK, this is his primary interest at 15 days. He'll back off and he ran away later on. Later on, if he went to the gym, he said, OK, I helped. I took help from him. He didn't help. So I said, OK, let's help him. But, you know, he's a best. He started a very good platform and probably he's building. I told him it takes time. You take time and he is doing very really great. And really, you know, there are good people also who advise, who do.
[36:47] And with the startup, you know, the main challenge is what the person who is doing a startup, they have one thing completely on the mind. And I'm the best. What I'm doing is correct. I'm going to rule the world. I'm a multimillionaire. Next, I'm next Elon Musk like that. They're not going to listen to you. If you're telling them, OK, I'll come back, I'll prove you. Then after three, four months back, he come come crying. OK, nothing happened. What do you do? Well, yeah, that's I mean, yeah, it seems like you've got to have your
[37:24] priorities straight. If you jump straight to I'm going to make a ton of money, obviously, that doesn't always work out. So it's good. It's good to to hear that there are genuine people that you have invested time in and in essentially your power in. And so that's that's really amazing. So his health care business is is flourishing. He's someone that you that you actively are are going to back up. That's awesome. I think that's I think that's a great story to kind of wrap up on is that out of your three stories, two of them were terrible people.
[37:59] But there's always that silver lining of that one person that's genuine. They've got a great idea and that's what they're passionate about, not the money first. So thank you again so much for for bringing these stories. And I was not expecting this kind of story to hit the platform. And I'm super grateful that it did. And to all of our listeners, obviously, coming from from someone who's experienced it, do your verification, ask all the questions, make sure you check on these people and and reach out to Mr. Singh. [39:07] Mr. Singh, again, thank you so much for taking your time out. Anything else you'd want our listeners to hear before before we head out? Yeah, definitely. Thanks for calling me, because what you are doing is a very separate thing. What other people do, because, you know, it's always good to hear the negative side of the things like it is your workplace business and everything. So I really thank to you to calling me there. And I told people, like, OK, start your business, do something.
[39:40] OK, there is there is last month I am telling you, like, OK, start with the scratch. Do what the exact steps of success. Don't try to jump here and there. It will it will give you instant success, but not, you know, for a long time. You got a stuck point of thing. And that is a huge loss. What you have made for us some kind of profit. So that's all nice talking to you. Yes, you as well. And obviously we'll sink in touch.

I'd happy to have you again as a guest and we'll dive even more into the the ridiculousness that is your position until then. Mr. Singh, have a great day.
